Clients and Agents are welcome to attend the Inspection. We can also coordinate the termite inspection and other environmental quality testing if needed.

 

     When scheduling an inspection, please have the following information ready:

             · Inspection address                     · Nearest major cross streets.

             · Square footage; Age of house          · Is there is a pool or spa

             · Is the house occupied or vacant                · Are the utilities turned on

             · How are we gaining access to property    · Buyer and Agent information

             · Will someone be attending the inspection?
