1 year warrantee inspections are for clients that have purchased a new home from the builder within the last 11 months. CornerStone Inspections provides a list of warrantee items for the builder to address and a list of any concerns the homeowner needs to be aware of. |

New construction inspections are done throughout the process of construction. Most buyers, on average, have 3 inspections completed. The first inspection is done once the frame is complete with electrical, plumbing and duct work installed and the roof tiles stacked on the roof. The second inspection is done after the insulation has been installed prior to drywall. The third and final inspection is completed once the house is finished, prior to the final walk through. |
