             We provide inspections throughout the greater Phoenix area and much of Pinal County. 

            

             To schedule a home inspection with CornerStone Inspections, call our office at (480)892-7113 or contact us via email.  When scheduling an inspection, please have the following information ready:

* Inspection address.

* Nearest major cross streets.

* Square footage; Age of house.

* Is there is a pool or spa?

* Is the house occupied or vacant? Are the utilities turned on?

* Buyer and Agents’ information; will they be attending the inspection?

* How are we gaining access to the house?

* We can also coordinate the termite inspection and other environmental quality testing.

 

             The inspection will usually take 2 to 4 hours, by an impartial professional without the constraints faced by the consumer. Clients and agents are welcome to attend the Inspection. The computer generated report and digital photographs can be provided on site or we can email them as pdf files through Adobe Acrobat.              While touring with the inspector or after the report, do not hesitate to ask any questions. Accompanying the inspector may be an educational experience, learning the location, operation and maintenance of major systems.
