About Us

             CornerStone Inspections was started in 1997.  We are certified, insured and bonded. Zero deductible coverage is extended to the referring agent.

              CornerStone Inspections is registered through the Board of Technical Registration (BTR), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. (NAHI), American Indoor Air Quality Council (AIAQC), International Code Council, Inc (ICC) and the Arizona Association of Realtors. ASHI and NAHI are both recognized as the leaders for Home Inspection Standards and Procedures, as well as a strict Code of Ethics.

             CornerStone Inspections performs New and Resale, Construction in progress, and 11 month warrantee inspections.
